In addition to our ministries focused on Youth, Young Adults, Men and Women, CHCC offers numerous other ministry groups for everyone to grow in their relationship to Jesus and to one another. For more information, contact the church office to connect with any of the group leaders.
Prime Timers
The Prime Timers Ministry exists to meet the spiritual, social and recreational needs of our parishioners 55 and older. They enjoy outings and events geared for those in the prime of their lives. They gather together to meet, talk, and provide mutual encouragement to one another.
Grief & Loss Support
The Grief & Loss Support Group provides compassion and care to those who have lost loved ones through a 13-week program called Grief Share. Visit CHC GriefShare to register online and for more information.
Traditions Fellowship
Traditions fellowship is a mission of outreach to the Jewish community and explores Jewish traditions, culture and the Jewish roots of Christianity. Traditions meets on the 4th Friday of the month in Lunt Hall for Erev Shabbat dinner, fellowship, prayer, and study.
Home Groups
Home Groups provide a way for friends and families to gather together for fellowship, prayer and Bible study. These groups are organized geographically or by a common purpose or affinity.
Prayer Team
The Prayer Team diligently prays daily, utilizing a monthly Prayer Calendar and Prayer Guide, for the needs of the Church, our community and the world.
Anglicans For Life
Anglicans for Life (embed link to national website) is a Christ-Centered ministry that provides educational and pastoral resources to Anglican churches that support the sanctity of life from conception to natural death.
